Values and Guiding Principles:
As a consultant, my goal is to add-value during all stages of the client partnership by helping you achieve a greater scale of impact within your organizations and the communities you serve.Throughout my career, I have been on both sides of the consultant-client relationship and have learned first hand that the most productive and authentic partnerships are achieved when both parties share similar values and a commitment to direct communication, transparency, professionalism, and accountability. My results-oriented approach leaves clients with new skills, customized tools, and a greater capacity to implement them moving forward.
